The Friend Card is your command center for interacting with friends directly from the Galaxy. Tap any friend's planet and their card opens, giving you quick access to every action you could want — no page loads, no navigation away from your Galaxy.
How It Works
When you tap a friend's planet, their Friend Card appears. It shows you the key details of your relationship at a glance:
- Stars given — how many Stars you have given this friend (all-time)
- Streak — your current consecutive day count with them (the 🔥 number)
- Aura Phase — a badge reflecting their current progression level
- Rank — their position in your leaderboard (when applicable)
From the Friend Card, you can take action directly:
- Give Star — Send a Star to that friend right now
- Fidelity Star — Send the special daily Fidelity Star (if available today)
- View Profile — Open that friend's full profile page
- Send Challenge — Launch a new Challenge aimed at this friend
- Send Bud Bomb — Drop a full-screen celebration on them
- View Streak — Check the current Streak status with this friend
The card is designed to keep you in the Galaxy. You do not need to leave the screen to do the most common friendship actions — everything is one tap away.
Reading Your Friendship at a Glance
The Friend Card is not just a quick-action panel. It is a snapshot of your relationship with that person. The Star count, Streak number, and phase badge together tell a story — how much you have invested in this friendship, how consistent you have been, and where they are in their Buddzy journey.
Long-time users learn to scan Friend Cards quickly during their daily check-ins. You can run through your whole Galaxy — open cards, give Stars, keep Streaks alive — in under a minute once you have the rhythm down.
Pro Tips
- Build a daily routine around your Galaxy: tap your closest friends, check their Friend Cards, keep those Streaks burning
- Use the Send Challenge option from the Friend Card for spontaneous challenges — it pre-selects the friend so you skip a step
- The Fidelity Star option only appears if you have not used your daily Fidelity Star yet — use it on the friendship that matters most today
- If you have not interacted with someone in a while, their Friend Card is the fastest way to reconnect without leaving the Galaxy
Good to Know
The Friend Card reflects your current state in real time. If you have already given your Fidelity Star today, that option will be unavailable. If you do not have enough Orbs for a Bud Bomb, the option will show you the cost so you know what you need. The card always reflects reality, so you never waste a tap on something you cannot do.
