Reveal
Reveal is the hold-to-uncover photo game: post a picture, friends guess with as little revealed as they dare. Ranking, rewards, strategy.
What Is Reveal?
Post a photo behind a blur. Friends hold their finger on it to uncover it and guess what's going on. Guess confidently with less of the picture and you win.
How to Create a Reveal
Pick a photo, choose a framing, write the real answer, let AI build the decoys, set a timer. 5 Orbs and about a minute.
The Five Prompt Types
Where am I? What am I doing? What just happened? What am I about to do? What's the occasion? Pick the one your photo actually answers.
Writing Good Decoys
AI writes your five wrong answers. Editing them is thirty seconds well spent — bad decoys hand friends the answer without them looking at the photo.
Hold to Reveal
Press and hold the photo to clear it. Let go and it pauses exactly where it is. Total time held is what counts — and what decides your rank.
How Ranking Works
Only correct answers rank. Among those, whoever uncovered the least of the photo wins — speed is only the tiebreaker.
Reveal Rewards
Top three get 5, 3 and 2 Stars from the host, plus 2 Orbs for first place. Nothing is granted automatically — winners tap to claim.
Answering Strategy
Every extra second of holding makes you surer and lowers your rank. Here's how to decide when to commit.
The Life of a Reveal
Active, Resolved or Cancelled. It opens on its own, closes on its own, and needs two answers for anyone to win.
Reveal Notifications
Nobody runs a Reveal, so it announces itself. Four moments get a notification — and the reminder only goes to people who haven't played.
Sharing a Reveal
Share a Reveal at any point — the card never carries the photo, so posting a live round can't spoil it for anyone.
Safety and Reporting
Every photo and answer is checked before a Reveal goes live. If the check can't reach a clear verdict, it's blocked — not published with a warning.
