Sharing a Reveal

Share a Reveal at any point — the card never carries the photo, so posting a live round can't spoil it for anyone.

Reveal is the most shareable thing in Buddzy, and it is built so that sharing it can never wreck the game.

The photo never leaves

This is the rule everything else hangs off: a Reveal share card never shows the photo. Not while the round is live, not after it resolves.

The card carries a phrase and your avatar. That is it. So you can post a Reveal that is still running, to anywhere, and nobody who sees it gains an advantage over your friends who are playing.

As a host

You can share your Reveal at any point in its life, and the card changes to match:

  • While it runs, it is an invitation — "can you guess this?"
  • Once it closes, it names the winner, or boasts that nobody managed it

Both are genuinely fun to post. The second one is better when nobody got it.

As a player

Two moments:

  • Right after you answer — the results screen offers a share straight away
  • Later — it stays available on the Reveal's page whenever you come back

The card names the prompt, never the answer. So sharing your result cannot spoil the round for friends still deciding, even if you post it thirty seconds after playing.

Once the Reveal has resolved, you can share where you placed.

The card is ready instantly

There is no waiting for a Reveal card. It exists the moment your result does, so you can share straight from the results screen without watching a loading spinner.

The Aura

The first share you complete each day is worth 20 Aura — the single biggest Aura reward in the app. It only counts once a day whatever you share, so a Reveal result is as good a way to claim it as anything.

A share only counts when your phone confirms the content was actually sent. Opening the share sheet and backing out does not count.

The watermark

Shared content carries a buddzy.app/@yourusername watermark, so anyone who sees your post can tap through and find you on Buddzy.

Good to know

Sharing does nothing to your rank, and does not tell the host you shared. It is purely yours.
