How It Works
When you open Buddzy, the Galaxy is the first thing you see. Here is what you are looking at:
- You are the Sun — your avatar sits right in the center of the screen, glowing with your current Aura phase
- Friends are Planets — every friend appears as an animated planet orbiting around you
- Distance matters — the closer a planet orbits to your Sun, the more Stars you have given that friend
- Size matters too — each planet's size reflects your friend's Aura phase, from tiny Ghost to massive GOAT
It is basically a visual map of all your friendships. The people you interact with most are right there, front and center. The friends you have been neglecting? They are floating way out on the edges, waiting for some love.
Why No Feed?
This is the core philosophy of Buddzy. Traditional social media feeds are designed to trap you. Algorithms decide what you see, ads interrupt your experience, and before you know it you have been scrolling for two hours without actually connecting with anyone. That is not it.
The Galaxy flips the script entirely. Instead of consuming content, you are seeing relationships. Every interaction is intentional — you tap a friend's planet to give them Stars, check their Streak, or send them a challenge. There is nothing passive about it. You show up, you connect, you bounce. Most sessions last 5-10 minutes instead of hours.
