Lore Quizzes feed Aura on both sides, but not in the way they used to. The change is worth understanding because it says something about what Buddzy rewards.
The numbers
| Action | Who earns | Aura |
|---|---|---|
| Creating a quiz | Creator | 5 |
| Completing a quiz | Player | 3 |
| Scoring 85% or higher | Player | 10 |
All of it is granted automatically. Nothing here needs claiming.
Creators are paid for creating
You earn 5 Aura when you make a quiz, and that is the whole creator reward. You do not earn more when friends play it, and nothing extra when someone aces it.
So making a good quiz for four close friends earns exactly what making one for forty earns. The effort is what pays, not the audience — which is the same idea behind Stars, and the reason Buddzy has no follower counts.
The high score is the player's moment
Scoring 85% or more is worth 10 Aura to the player, and nothing to the creator.
That is deliberate too. Acing a quiz is a claim about the player — that they genuinely know their friend. Paying the creator for it would turn someone else's achievement into your income.
The creator still gets the good part: a notification that a friend knew them that well. See The 85% Milestone.
The same rates across all three games
These are not quiz-specific numbers. Challenges and Reveals pay identically for the same kind of effort:
| Effort | Aura |
|---|---|
| Creating a game | 5 |
| Taking part | 3 |
| Winning / acing | 10 |
No game is a better Aura farm than another. Play whichever you enjoy.
Playing is the reliable route
If you want Aura from quizzes, play your friends' quizzes. Three Aura each, every time, whether you score well or not, and there is a quiz waiting far more often than you have a good idea for one.
It also feeds your Scholar achievement ladder, which is the longest of the three quiz ladders precisely because it is the one everyone can climb.
Good to know
Playing your own quiz earns nothing. There is no friendship to deepen and no knowledge to prove.
