Bought some Orbs and want proof? You're covered from two angles. Every purchase generates a receipt from the platform you bought through, and Buddzy keeps its own internal record too. No transaction gets lost in the void.
How It Works
When you buy an Orb pack, two things happen on the receipt side:
- Apple or Google sends you a digital receipt via the email linked to your App Store or Google Play account. This is automatic and happens within minutes of your purchase.
- Buddzy logs the transaction internally in your Settings, where you can view your full spending history at any time.
Between these two sources, you always have a complete paper trail for every Orb you've ever bought.
Finding Your Apple/Google Receipt
Your platform receipt arrives at the email address associated with your Apple ID or Google account. Here's where to look:
- Apple sends receipts from [email protected]
- Google sends receipts from [email protected]
- Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox
- You can also find past receipts in App Store > Account > Purchase History or Google Play > Account > Payment History
These receipts include the date, amount charged, and the specific Orb pack name.
Finding Your Buddzy History
Inside the Buddzy app, head to Settings to find your internal spending history. This shows every Orb transaction, both purchases and spending. It's a great way to see the full picture of your Orb economy, from when they came in to where they went.
Your in-app history pairs perfectly with the wallet breakdown you get when tapping your Orb Wallet in the top nav bar.
Pro Tips
- Screenshot your receipts if you're tracking your spending. Digital receipts can get buried in email over time.
- Use the Buddzy internal history as your primary tracking tool. It's more detailed than the platform receipt because it shows both purchases and spending.
- Need a receipt for a specific purchase? The fastest route is your Apple or Google account purchase history, which is searchable and filterable.
Good to Know
If you need a receipt for budgeting, expense tracking, or any other reason, the Apple/Google receipt is your official financial document. Buddzy's internal log is a convenience feature that helps you manage your in-app economy. Both records should always match, but if there's ever a discrepancy, the platform receipt is the source of truth since that's where the actual payment was processed.
