Curious where your friends are on their Aura journey? Buddzy lets you peek at anyone's Aura stats directly from their profile. It is a fun way to see who is grinding hardest and who just hit a new phase. But here is the thing — Aura is designed to be personal, not competitive.
How It Works
Checking a friend's Aura is straightforward:
- Navigate to your friend's profile in the app
- Tap on "View Aura stats"
- You will see their current Aura level, their active phase, and a progress bar showing how close they are to the next level
That is it. Clean, simple, and informative. You get a clear snapshot of where they are in their journey without any complicated dashboards or charts.
What You Can See
When you view a friend's Aura stats, three things are displayed:
- Level — Their current number from 1 to 100
- Phase — Which of the six phases they are in (Ghost, Spark, Blaze, Neon, Cosmic, or GOAT)
- Progress bar — A visual indicator showing how far along they are toward the next level
The progress bar is especially fun to watch when a friend is right on the edge of a phase transition. You can literally see them about to evolve.
No Aura Leaderboard
Here is something important to understand. Unlike Stars, which have three different leaderboards, Aura has zero leaderboards. There is no ranking of friends by Aura level. There is no weekly Aura chart. Nothing.
This is by design. Buddzy wants Aura to feel like a personal journey, not a social competition. You are leveling up for yourself, for the cosmetics, and for the satisfaction of seeing that number climb. Comparing with friends is just for fun and inspiration, not for bragging rights on a board.
Why It Still Matters
Even without a leaderboard, comparing Aura with friends is motivating. Seeing a friend hit Cosmic phase while you are still in Blaze gives you that extra push to grind. And when you hit a new phase before your buddy does? That feeling of being ahead in the journey is chef's kiss — even if there is no official ranking to prove it.
It also helps you find grinding partners. If you and a friend are at similar Aura levels, you can motivate each other to keep the daily routine going and race to the next phase together.
