Badges are small collectible icons that sit on your avatar and show up everywhere in Buddzy. They are visible on your profile, in the Galaxy, on leaderboards, and in any list where your name appears. Think of them as pins you wear to show off what you have done or what you are into.
Equipping Badges
You can collect as many badges as you want, but only one can be equipped at a time. Switching between badges is instant and free. Your equipped badge becomes part of your visual identity, so pick the one that says the most about you.
The Four Rarities
Every badge has a rarity level that affects how it looks:
- Common — Gray border. Easy to find, solid starter pieces.
- Rare — Blue border. A step up that shows some effort.
- Epic — Purple glow effect. These stand out in any list.
- Legendary — Gold animated border. The rarest and most eye-catching badges in the game.
How to Get Badges
Badges come from several sources. You can purchase Badge Packs in the shop, receive system gifts during events, unlock them through achievements, or earn a Friendship Spark badge automatically when a mutual friendship forms. Growth milestones and the Founders Pack also include exclusive badges.
Badge Packs
Packs contain a random selection of badges at various rarities:
- Starter Vibes — Around 15 Orbs. Great for building your first collection.
- Fire, Ice, and Royal Packs — Around 35 Orbs each. Themed sets with better rarity odds.
- Cosmic and Neon Packs — Around 60 Orbs each. Premium packs with the highest chance of Epic and Legendary drops.
Gifting Badges
Got a duplicate or a badge you think a friend would love? You can gift badges directly from your inventory. It is a cool way to share something personal beyond just Stars.
