Your first five minutes on Buddzy are the most important ones because they set the rhythm for everything that follows. We've mapped out exactly four things to do right now that'll give you the strongest possible start. Think of this as your speedrun to becoming a Buddzy pro.
How It Works
Here's your first-five-minutes checklist, in the exact order you should do it:
Step 1 — Give 3 Stars
Open your Galaxy, tap on a friend's planet, and send them some Stars. Do this for at least three different friends. It gives you three active connections, triggers your first leaderboard movements, and shows your friends you're here. Plus, every Star you give earns Aura points.
Step 2 — Start 1 Streak
Pick your closest friend — the one you know will send Stars back today — and make sure you exchange Stars with them. When both of you give Stars on the same day, a Streak begins. Getting one started on day one means you're already building momentum.
Step 3 — Check Your Missions
Head to the Missions tab and see what's available. Missions are guided tasks that reward you with bonus Stars and Aura. On your first day, you'll likely find beginner-friendly Missions designed specifically for new users. Complete as many as you can — they're essentially free Stars for doing things you'd want to do anyway.
Step 4 — Set Your Daily Chest Reminder
The Daily Chest is a free bundle of Stars that resets every day. Set a reminder right now — through Buddzy's notification settings or a phone alarm — so you never miss a day. Consistency is the name of the game.
Pro Tips
- Don't wait to have a big friend list before you start engaging. Even two or three friends is enough to get the full Buddzy experience rolling.
- Pay attention to the Missions that overlap with what you're already doing. If a Mission says "Give 5 Stars today" and you're about to give Stars anyway, that's free bonus rewards.
- Your first day sets the tone for your Streaks. If you start a Streak today, you'll want to keep it going tomorrow. That daily pull-back into the app is exactly what makes Buddzy so sticky.
- Take thirty seconds to explore the Galaxy screen. Seeing yourself as the Sun with your friends orbiting around you is the moment Buddzy clicks for most people.
