Worried about accidentally buying Orbs? Don't be. Buddzy has multiple layers of protection built in to make sure every purchase is 100% intentional. Between your device's biometric security and the operating system's purchase approval flow, it's basically impossible to buy Orbs by accident.
How It Works
Every single Orb purchase goes through a multi-step confirmation process:
- You select an Orb pack in the Sky Shop
- Your device prompts for biometric authentication using Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint scanning, or your device passcode
- The operating system shows a "Purchase Approval" dialog confirming the exact amount you're about to be charged
- Only after you explicitly confirm does the transaction go through
That's at least two separate confirmation steps before any money leaves your account. You'd have to deliberately authenticate and confirm to make a purchase happen.
Biometric Security
The biometric requirement is handled at the device level by Apple or Google, not by Buddzy. This means it uses the same trusted authentication you rely on to unlock your phone, authorize banking apps, and confirm other sensitive actions. Face ID, Touch ID, and fingerprint scanning are some of the most secure consumer authentication methods available today.
If you haven't set up biometrics on your device, your OS will fall back to requiring your device passcode or password. Either way, there's always a gate between you and an unintended purchase.
The OS Purchase Approval Screen
Even after biometric authentication, your operating system shows one final confirmation screen. This screen displays the exact price, the item name, and your payment method. You have to actively tap "Confirm" or "Buy" to proceed. It's your last chance to back out, and it's crystal clear about what you're buying and how much it costs.

- Keep biometrics enabled on your device. It's the strongest protection against accidental purchases and unauthorized access.
- If a child uses your device, make sure parental controls and purchase restrictions are configured in your device settings. This adds yet another layer of protection.
