The Trending page is where Challenges go beyond your friend group. Any public Challenge with public submissions automatically appears here, giving the entire Buddzy community a chance to discover it. It's the place to find inspiration, see what's popping, and borrow great ideas.
How Trending Works
Not every Challenge makes it to Trending. Two conditions must be met: the Challenge itself must be set to public, and the submissions must also be public. If either is private, the Challenge stays within its original audience. This keeps Trending full of content that's meant to be seen by everyone.
Browsing and Filtering
Trending gives you tools to find exactly what you want:
- Search — Look for specific topics across all Challenge prompts. Type "cooking" and find every food-related Challenge out there.
- Filter by category — Narrow results to Scavenger, Creativity, Opinion, Hype, Vulnerability, or Custom.
- Filter by timeframe — Choose between last 2 weeks, last month, or all time. Recent filters show what's hot right now, while all time surfaces the all-time greatest hits.
Forking a Challenge
See a Challenge you love? Fork it to run it with your own friends. Forking copies the prompt and settings into a new Challenge that you host. Your friends get a fresh version to participate in, and you don't have to come up with the idea yourself.
Here's the best part: every time someone forks your Challenge, you earn 1 Orb. So creating a banger Challenge that goes viral on Trending is a legitimate Orb-earning strategy. The better your prompt, the more forks it gets, and the more Orbs roll in.
