Bringing your friends to Buddzy doesn't just make your Galaxy more interesting — it literally pays. The referral reward system is now milestone-based: you earn rewards at four key moments along your friend's journey, and each one arrives as a Present you claim yourself.
How It Works
You earn rewards at four milestones as your invited friend gets started:

That's up to 8 Stars and 17 Orbs per friend who sticks around. Each reward is delivered as a Present — a celebration overlay appears in the app, and you tap Claim to receive it. Nothing is auto-granted; the moment is yours to enjoy.
When Do You Get Your Rewards?
Each milestone triggers automatically. As your friend progresses through their Buddzy journey — signing up, giving their first Stars, completing setup, and staying active — your rewards unlock one by one. You'll get a notification each time a Present is ready to claim.
The Math
If you bring in 5 friends who all stay active for a week, that's 40 Stars and 85 Orbs. Bring in 10 friends and you're looking at 80 Stars and 170 Orbs — a massive economy boost, completely free.
On top of that, once you've invited 10+ friends, you unlock the Ambassador Program with weekly Orb perks (5-10 Orbs per week automatically).
Pro Tips
- Front-load your referrals. The best time to invite friends is when you're first getting into Buddzy, because a fuller Galaxy from day one makes every other feature more fun.
- Follow up with friends you've referred. A quick "did you finish setting up?" text helps them hit milestones faster.
- Try Group Invites — create a 48-hour link and if 3+ friends join, everyone gets the Founders Pack (20 Stars, 15 Orbs, exclusive badge).
- Your referral link is permanent. Someone could tap it today, install next week, and you'd still earn your rewards.
Good to Know
Referral rewards are one-time per unique person. You can't refer the same friend twice. The system uses phone numbers to keep things fair. But there's no cap on how many different friends you can refer, so the growth potential is genuinely unlimited.
