The Most Generous View

Your Galaxy shows who you give to. This shows who gives to you — as an animation where friends fly in and pour Stars into your Sun.

Your Galaxy answers one question: who do you show up for? Orbital distance is Stars you have given.

Most Generous answers the other one: who shows up for you?

Getting there

Tap Best Givers on your Galaxy's right-hand rail.

What happens

It is not a list. It is a galaxy-style animation.

You sit as the Sun, and the friends who have given you Stars fly in from far away. As each one settles into place, it pours a stream of Stars towards you — the top giver a torrent, the least generous a bare trickle. The difference reads instantly without a single number being shown.

They settle in reverse order, so your most generous friend ends up closest to you, and afterwards their planet keeps a slow star drip going.

The camera opens wide, drifts slowly in over the whole entrance, and finishes on a celebration of your top giver. If you have a Galaxy audio cosmetic equipped, its music carries over from your Galaxy into this view and back without a break.

The counts are impressions, not numbers

The streams are representational. A friend who has given you twice as many Stars does not pour exactly twice as many — the animation is showing you a shape, not a table.

If you want exact figures, the Generosity List tiers are the place for that. This view is for the feeling.

The tiers

Underneath, friends are grouped relative to your top giver:

Tier Label
1 Galactics
2 Stellar Squad
3 Rising Stars
4 Cosmic Crew
5 Nebula Network

Everything is relative to whoever gives you most, so the tiers mean the same thing whether you have six friends or sixty.

It is shareable

The moment can be captured and shared. It is one of the better share cards in Buddzy — it is about your friends being good to you rather than about you winning something.

Reduce motion

With reduce-motion on, you get the final arrangement without the fly-in. Same information, no camera move.

Why this exists as its own screen

Buddzy has a lot of ways to see what you have done and very few to see what has been done for you. It is easy to open the app, look at your Galaxy, and only ever think about your own generosity.

Most Generous is the counterweight. Once every couple of weeks it is worth opening, watching, and then going and giving some of it back.
