One of the first questions every new Buddzy player asks is "how many Stars can I actually give in a day?" The answer is roughly 11 to 19, depending on how well you manage your sources. Let us break down exactly where that number comes from and what it takes to consistently hit the upper end.
The Three Sources
Your daily Star budget comes from three distinct sources, each with its own mechanics and limits. Understanding all three is essential for planning how many Stars you can distribute to your friends each day.
Source 1 - Wallet Accrual (About 6 per Day)
Your wallet generates 1 Star every 4 hours and caps at 12. In a perfect 24-hour day, that means about 6 Stars from accrual alone. The cap is there to prevent hoarding, but at the slower accrual rate the main thing is to make sure you never sit at 12 for too long. Keep your wallet from overflowing and you will collect every Star the system gives you.
Source 2 - Daily Chest (3 to 8)
The Daily Chest drops at 12:00 UTC and delivers 3 Stars as a base, with up to 5 bonus Stars depending on your mutual friend count. At minimum, you get 3. At maximum with 10 or more mutual friends, you get 8. These Stars go directly into your wallet and are available for giving immediately.
Source 3 - Missions (2 to 5)
Daily Missions reward between 2 and 5 Stars upon completion. The exact amount varies based on the specific Missions available that day and their difficulty level. Completing every available Mission ensures you capture this full range.
Adding It All Up
On the low end, a player who manages their wallet decently, claims the base Daily Chest, and completes easy Missions might earn around 11 Stars. On the high end, a player with perfect wallet management, a maxed chest bonus, and fully completed Missions can pull 19 Stars. Most active players land somewhere in the 13 to 17 range on any given day.
Strategic Wallet Cap Management
The biggest factor in hitting the upper range is wallet cap management. Every 4 hours your wallet sits at 12 is another Star lost. If you let your wallet overflow regularly, those missed Stars add up fast over weeks and months. Stars that vanished into nothing.
Planning Your Day
Think of your daily Star budget like a paycheck. Which friends are you prioritizing? Are there Streaks to maintain? Is an orbit nearing its end? Having a budget in mind helps you make intentional decisions rather than tapping randomly.
Maximize Every Day
The top leaderboard players consistently hit 17 or more Stars per day. They have wallet management dialed in, never miss the Daily Chest, and complete every Mission. Make these three habits automatic and you will be right there with them.
