Your data is yours, and you can request a copy of all the personal data Buddzy holds about you at any time. Whether you're curious about what's stored, planning to leave, or just want your data for your own records, Buddzy makes the process straightforward.
How It Works
Requesting a data export goes through the support team:
- Open Settings — Tap the gear icon in the bottom-right.
- Go to Help — Navigate to the support section.
- Contact Support — Reach out and request a data export.
- Provide verification — Support may ask you to confirm your identity (username, phone number, or other account details).
- Receive your data — The team processes your request and provides your data package.
The timeline varies, but expect it to take a few business days for the team to compile and deliver everything.
What's Included
Your data export covers all the personal information associated with your account:
- Profile information — Display name, username, bio, avatar data, and any Mood emoji history.
- Friend connections — A list of all your current friends on the platform.
- Stars data — History of Stars given and received, including timestamps and amounts.
- Streaks — Active and past Streak records with friends, including duration and status.
- Achievements — Your complete Trophy Room data, earned badges, and titles.
- Aura and level — Your Aura points and progression history.
- Rankings — Your historical positions on leaderboards and orbit results.
- Account metadata — Creation date, last login, language preferences, and notification settings.
Pro Tips
- Request your data export before starting an account deletion. Once deletion is processed, the data is gone.
- Be specific in your support request about what you need. If you only want certain data (like Stars history), mention that — it might speed things up.
- Keep your export file secure. It contains personal account information.
- You can request a data export at any time, not just when you're leaving. It's your right whenever you want it.
Good to Know
Buddzy is committed to data portability and transparency. Your data is yours, and requesting a copy doesn't affect your account in any way — you can keep playing normally while your export is being prepared. Know your data, own your data.
